Could not give a review. The place was closed upon our arrival.

It took more than an hour to receive our food. The appetizer arrived 30 minutes after we finished our main course. The waitress seemed inattentive to our table. However, she did remove the appetizer charge from our bill, for which I am grateful.

Whenever a group of industrial salespeople gather, there is always the potential for chaos. However, the staff at Champps exceeded my expectations! I requested for a few things to be prepared in advance for when everyone arrived, and they were delivered right on time. Our server, whose name I unfortunately do not recall and was not listed on the receipt, provided great service without being overbearing. This was my first customer lunch at Champps, but it certainly won't be my last. Excellent job today!

I recently hosted a going away party for a friend at this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a gathering of friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our party had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Reserved a table for 10:45pm only to find out upon arrival at 10:43pm that the manager had blocked out all reservations for the night, and left us standing there at the entry.
