Jason's Deli - Irving

I ordered curbside pickup online and requested extra Ranch dressing in the comments. I didn’t realize there was an additional charge for the Ranch (which, by the way, is the best!). My concern is that they provided me with two different sizes, as shown in the photos. If I'm paying extra, why wasn’t the second portion the same size as the first, especially since they charge this amount after the order is completed? If I hadn't checked my receipt closely, I wouldn't have even known about the extra charge. I think it's important to communicate this to customers.

The food here is fresh, delicious, and fantastic! The service is exceptional, and I really enjoy the salad buffet. It’s truly wonderful!

This location has been my go-to for about four years now. Jason’s Deli holds a special place for me because, at the beginning of the pandemic, I noticed they were selling essential items like bread, milk, and eggs from their own supplies to assist those in need, even though I wasn’t in that situation myself. Recently, I was reminded of this through Facebook Memories, which prompted me to share the information with others. During my visit today, I experienced a small full-circle moment that took me back to that time. Today, I ordered the chicken Alfredo, which is the best I've had among any major sit-down restaurant chain. Honestly, the food has never let me down, even on those nights when I’m unsure what to eat. Plus, you get a free ice cream cone! The ambiance is both café-style and homey, making each visit feel comforting, almost like spending time with a true friend.

This location is great!!! After potbellys cancelled my catering order last min i was in a crunch to feed an office full of people. Not only was the food delicious but the people there were great! I was so happy that i was able to have a catering menu in less than 30 min! They will forever be getting our orders in comparison to the competition across the street. Thank you Jasons deli!

All was delicious and tasty. This was my first time visiting, and trying their sandwiches. I enjoyed it. God Almighty continue to Richly Bless all in the name of **** Amen . Thanks.
