Pizza Hut - Irving

I always enjoy dining at this charming pizzeria cottage. The friendly service truly enhances the dining experience, and the pizzas are always delicious. It seems like each pizza I order is crafted with care and attention to detail.

For those interested in reading, I wanted to share my past experiences with this restaurant. They always have my pizza hot and make accommodations for my preferences. The staff is friendly and overall, I think they deserve more customers. This is my go-to spot for fresh, hot pizza made just the way I like it.

This place has came a long way. New manager changed this place. Finally, worth ordering again

Ordered on the 6th of July and the order was wrong and the manager on duty put a credit on my account for the next order but i would have to do it by calling the store. Called the store today 10th of July and was told by the person who answered the phone that they don't see my account. Asked to speak to manager and some shady person came on the phone and refused to help me and wouldn't provide their name. They refused to provide service to me. I contacted Corporate regarding this issue.I am a disabled Vet and the level of disrespect and disregard to my order was down right terrible.
