Brooklyn's Pizza - Irvington

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Especially for a regular customer like myself. I order frequently and 3 times in the past week. The last order I placed was for the same sandwich I always order with sundried tomatoes because I CANNOT EAT RAW TOMATOES. The sandwich was delivered with raw tomatoes surprisingly. The store closes at 10p and my food was delivered around 10:15p. I called anyway in case someone would answer and they didn't. I took pictures of the sandwich and gave it away. The next day I called to speak to manager and was told because I didn't keep the sandwich for a SWAP OUT there isn't anything they could do for me THE PICTURES were not enough. They agreed and saw my complaint was legit but said I could not get a credit, replacement,and there was NOTHING they could do for me. I said I order take out A LOT and never had a restaurant say they want the food back. UNBELIEVABLE! This place needs to know that CUSTOMER SERVICE is one key factor to keeping your business successful and running. Completely DISAPPOINTED and if I was the owner it would be UNACCEPTABLE to treat a regular customer this way. I wasn't even offered a free garlic knot for my bad experience and inconvenience!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !! Furthermore they nickel and dime their customers by charging 4% fee if you use a debit or credit card. That's bad business but if a business does decide to do that it SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN THE ACTUAL FEE THEY ARE CHARGED. I read it's ILLEGAL to charge more than the actual processing fee. SMH Also the same person handling the money SHOULD NOT be handling the food PERIOD!WHOMEVER IS REPLYING AS THE OWNER TO THESE REVIEWS IS A JOKE! JUST READ THE OWNER COMMENTS AND SEE HOW INCONSIDERATE DISREGARDING AND DEMEANING THEY ARE!

I personally will never order from Brooklyn a Pizza again. First of all when I ordered I wanted 5 fried jumbo shrimp and chicken scallopini which is in there menu they said they didn’t have it the meal was just god awful and instead of receiving fried shrimp they put the shrimp in the scampi and told me on the phone it was a mix up because I was asking somebody do they want fried shrimp and when he ask did I want it in the scampi I said yes. I. Have ordered from them before never had this problem with their meals but I will never do it again . People please do not order from them late because if they close and you receive your order you can’t return it so you suppose to keep it until the next day. They got that off but they will never get me like that again so I say to them enjoy your $23.00 for that terrible food.As for me it will never happen again.

A very nonchalant pizza shop! They do not care if you get your pizza on time via delivery! They don't even care if you order from them in store either! Wasted 30 minutes on a puzza that they gave to someone else! I was trying to warn my family member that this is not a good place to order to pizza fomm. Now they know and so do you! Order pizza from someone else where they have way appreciate their customers!

Always wanted to try, and I'm sooo happy I did. Way better than I expected!!
