Dunkin' - Irvington

Only one person was working while three to four others in the back were laughing and chatting. There were many customers waiting, indicating a lack of teamwork and proper management.

I only visit Dunkin' Donuts for the coffee. I appreciate the staff there, and they often have my cup ready by the time I reach the counter because they recognize me. I've also noticed that they are familiar with other customers and who the regulars are as well.

I'm not sure who is handling the DoorDash orders in the morning, but I ordered a medium iced coffee with sugar and milk. When the delivery driver handed me my order, I found hair in it, and it didn't resemble coffee at all—more like sewer water, with no milk whatsoever. Is this something you expect people to drink? How can you expect to keep customers coming to your store under these circumstances?

So disappointed, gr8t workers, kind, quick, mannerable, courteous, but no hairnets, defeat the purpose, donuts are magnets to flying hair

I love this location and store the employees awesome go there every morning for my chocolate and Jason always takes care of me but they are all awesome attentive good vibe when you walk in great attitude and all the other and I will continue to go thereand I recommend it to anybody want a good hot cup of chocolate go to that store. You guys rock!
