The Caesar salad was among the best I've ever had, featuring perfectly grilled ingredients and a delicious dressing. The service was exceptional. The chicken parmesan was flavorful, though slightly overcooked. The shrimp was outstanding.

I had my welcome dinner at this restaurant the night before my wedding, and it was fantastic! The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gary and Vanessa were exceptional and incredibly helpful!

After spending six days at Cheeca Lodge, we dined at Mia Cucina on our last night and wished we had gone there sooner. The homemade pasta was exceptional, and the relaxed atmosphere made it even better. Our server, Gary, was by far the best we had in the Keys and truly embodied the “Cheeca way.”

Super nice waitress and friendly people. However started rough with a doughy under cooked bread dish to start. Pizza looked good but lacked flavor. Sorry but ya may wanna pass up this spot.

Italian dining with a view of the ocean. We had spaghetti with meatballs, burrata, and garlic shrimp linguini. The handmade pastas were excellent and the sauce was outstanding. The Italian wine selection was nice, and will definitely be back.
