Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I had an excellent lunch here. Enjoyed a cocktail, a burger and a fish wrap. The quality of the food was high. Perfectly cooked medium rare burger, well seasoned, wonderful bun, and fresh tomato. Great value in pricing for Waikoloa. Terrific service once seated, though it took some time for the wait staff to realize we were there waiting. We had a very nice time conversing with our waitress, until it got busy and then she was hard at work. They used compostable fiber plates, and plastic ware. Not sure if this is more sustainable than re-useable materials and washing...but given challenges with staffing here in 2022 it is a great way to reduce required staff. Wishing we had discovered this place earlier and on previous visits.
Wonderful breakfast. Joyce was fantastic Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also rated 5, making the overall dining experience seamless and enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, which deserves another 5. Plus, I found ample parking available, with the added benefit of a free parking lot nearby. Overall, a fantastic place to dine!
I wish I could comment on the food, but unfortunately, we never got the chance to experience it. I had friends visiting and staying in a nearby condo, so I called ahead to make a reservation. I attempted to reach them three times, but each time I only got voice mail, and no one returned my calls. I also sent two emails, but there was no response. As a result, we decided to dine elsewhere. Later, I learned that Allen Hess, the restaurant's owner, had a history of unsuccessful ventures and had been let go from his position as Chef at the Canoe House at Mauna Lani. Given the circumstances, I can't say I was surprised by our experience.
