Big Chill House - Islington

My boyfriend and I went to this bar on Saturday night for drinks and I paid £24.50 for 2 Gin&T. Just after a sip I realised that my phone is missing and O left it at another bar we went before. My boyfriend ran to the place to get my phone but he was refused the entry on his return. The guards were very rude with him and pushing him. None of us was drunk or misbehaving to be treated like that. We were it informed about the re-entry not allowed policy and my boyfriend wouldn’t have gone out if my phone wasn’t missing. This was a genuine problem and the manager should have helped us to resolve if the guards couldn’t but the manager also asked me to leave, refused to refund for the drinks I paid for or let me take the drinks out in plastic glasses. In the end one of the guards pushed me out of the place. Please don’t give business to this place. They are rude and unfair. I will warn all my friends to not go. They take advantage of the re-entry policy to rip off people. Beware!

So BEWARE they charge you an automatic gratuity on weekends and holidays even if it is just 1 or 2 people. And then they give you the legend of what you should tip them. So your tipping them on their tip. Just fyi. We will not be going back on any weekend or holiday e er again!!!!! A little dissatisfied because I used to like them.

Great atmosphere for a bottomless brunch with friends! One of my favourites in London the staff were super fun and drinks always flowing

We popped into the big chill as we seen how good there deals were. Food was absolutely amazing. My partner had a burger and I had the chicken strips they both were 10/10. Cocktails were also lovely we really enjoyed eating with a cocktail on there lovely upstairs outside terrace. Was lovely way to end our trip to London before heading to King's Cross for our train home.

Had our christmas party in here! drinks were amazing and food was lovely! everyone was so nice! shoutout to jeremiah and ben!!!!
