Pressed - Issaquah

My first visit was excellent, but my second experience was disappointing. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. I informed her that I was there to pick up my order from the refrigerator, but she said nothing and simply walked into the back. On my third visit, I preordered again, only to find the store closed when I arrived! Fortunately, customer service processed my refund over the phone without any fuss. It’s disheartening because I truly enjoy the juice, but the overall experience at the store needs improvement. Issaquah, WA.

Great products, but the service can be unreliable. I stopped by yesterday at 5 PM, only to find the store closed without any notification. The website indicated that they were open until 8 PM. I called today to confirm their hours, but the options on the phone menu didn’t allow me to speak to a real person. I’m hesitant to drive there again, worried that the store might still be closed.

I am incredibly impressed with Pressed! I placed a pickup order for my partner to collect on his way home from work, and it was ready exactly on time. Everything tasted extremely clean, fresh, and delicious. The Horchata Azul was particularly outstanding. As for the smoothie bowl, I’m definitely hooked! They were also so thoughtful to include an unexpected extra. Everything was packaged securely and safely. I couldn’t be happier with this order!
