They have a great view and beautiful Turkish coffee
Food taste wasn't good enough. Poor service. But the view is nice.
I visited this cafe restaurant to drink a coffee. It;s in the 4th floor directly opposite the sirkeci railway station. it offers a beautiful view in the night....
