Excellent service! Bill is extraordinary and always makes our dining experience so lovely! The food is spectacular and the ambience is perfect! I love this restaurant! It's my favorite Italian restaurant in the Rancho Santa Fe area.

We waited forever for our entree(45 minutes). Asked the waiter where our food was and he yelled at me and said he purposely wasn't holding our food back. I didn't accuse him of this but jest asked where our food was. My friend ate two bites of her food and did not want to bring it home. Overall a very disappointing dinner. Will not go back

Terrific food ... as with everything right now ... inflation sucks ... so prices are high ... but this is NOT specific to Firenze Trattoria. Great service! Great food! Great ambience! Highly recommend it!!

We love Firenze and have been faithful customers for over 20 years. With prices going up due to bidenflation, unfortunately, meals need to be close to perfect. Our fish was overdone and dry last night which it was disappointing. If you choose to go, maybe opt for one of the pasta dishes or a flatbread . . . Still, Firenze is a wonderful place to go in the summer and dine on the patio. Highly recommended.

We found it odd that the male who brought us our water, silverware, and bread did not say a word to us. We had to be the ones to say hello and he acted like he wanted to be anywhere else. That said, Luke was a great server, very attentive, and went above and beyond ensuring we got our specialty cocktails.
