I don't quite understand the negative reviews. The restaurant is on a high floor with a panoramic view, decent food and clientele, and the prices are quite reasonable... It's definitely not Moscow! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the cuisine is, including various tartares. Even without that, I would give it a five-star rating, and on top of that, the food is excellent!

For Izhevsk, it's quite good. The food is tasty. On the downside, the portions are small. However, the wine selection is impressive. I recommend it.

Это один из самых шикарных видов в городе. При этом лучшая музыка и официанты и такая гедонистическая атмосфера, которая создает ощущение наполненности, спокойствия и радости от жизни. Хочу еще приеду в Ижевск и сразу в Пентхаус

Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, нужно долго ждать, что официанта, что блюда, в блюдах ничего особенно, цены для такой кухни очень сильно завышены. Чисто пафос с интерьером и панорамой. В Каре лучше.
