Bidra med feedbackI highly recommend trying this restaurant for their creative twists on classic American dishes! I will definitely be returning. The brownie, shrimp and grits casserole, and steak and spinach salad were all delicious.
I went to this restaurant for the first time and it won't be my last! I went for lunch and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful day. I had the best Meatloaf I've ever tasted! I will definitely be returning for dessert when I have the time. Highly recommended!
Crazy Cat is one of the top restaurants in Jackson. I always make sure to order their delicious skillet cornbread, which has a perfect blend of spice from jalapeños and sweetness from the corn. And don't miss out on slathering on the honey butter! If you're planning on enjoying a glass of wine, remember it's BYOB. Stop by Briarwood Mart Wine Spirits before heading to Crazy Cat and mention you're dining there for a discount.
I had lunch at this restaurant and the price per person was between $20 and $30. The food was excellent, I rated it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, I gave it a 5 out of 5 as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, I also rated it a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the quiche and salad dishes.
I called ahead to make a reservation at this restaurant and the hostess, Cathy, was incredibly helpful in booking a table for my guests. She even mentioned that casual summer attire like shorts and polo shirts were perfectly fine. I was also informed that they are a BYOB establishment, so I stopped by Briarwood Wine and Spirits for a bottle of Italian White wine, which came with a 10% discount for mentioning Crazy Cat Eat Up. The menu featured a variety of fresh fish dishes, from trout to redfish to catfish. I chose the pork porterhouse with sweet potato purée and it was delicious. Everyone at our table was satisfied with their meals, as the portions were generous. The service was attentive but not rushed. Although we were too full to truly enjoy it, the cobbler for dessert was tasty. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was very pleasant, all overseen by founder John Lansdale. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
