Bidra med feedbackI ordered from DoorDash and unfortunately, Subway did not include a complete sandwich in my order. My cold cut combo only had bologna, missing the salami and ham that were supposed to be included. My chicken garlic sandwich only had about 4 pieces of chicken on the entire Footlong and was missing the pickles that I had ordered with it. Overall, 3 out of the 5 items I ordered were either missing or incorrect. I tried calling to address the issue but was sent to voicemail, so there was zero customer service.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. I was especially polite during my first visit, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been having a bad day. However, on my return visit, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for basic things. I would highly recommend finding a different career that brings you joy and doesn't make you feel bothered by having to do your job.
I had the pleasure of being served by a worker named Melissa at this restaurant. She not only was friendly but also incredibly efficient. Melissa noticed that the large drink lids were running low and promptly restocked them along with the ice. Her excellent service has guaranteed that I will be returning to this place in the future.
Very rude manager. Her name is Melissa. Ordered a sub that apparently is not available with the coupon. Writing too small to read. Told her I didn’t really want it if that was the case. She instantly started yelling. I said screw you. She said screw you to me and told me to leave or she would call the police. Very rude. She needs to be fired
