Taco Bell - Jackson

Got my order wrong then wanted me to go to the back of the drive thru line to fix it. Sat there for 45 minutes and still didn’t get my order fixed

I went on my lunch today. I ordered chicken chalupas and got beef. I ordered a side of nacho cheese and got nacho fries. I couldn't return because I was at work. I can't eat beef from there and I do not eat fries. I am still hungry 13 bucks later. My drink was right.

They charge more for a cup of water than a Cinnamon brand coffee. I've never been to a Taco Bell ever that charges for water. They don't tell you anywhere or anytime the water is priced as if it is the nectar of the gods unless you ask or check your receipt.The wait is also over 40 minutes at meal times. They should consider charging less for water and paying their employees enough to have people working...

Staff was nice but the drive thru service was horribly slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes. Several people gave up and left. Probably won't come back here.

Never seen a fast food restaurant just stop working at lunch time. I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and cars were pulling away from the intercom so I figured they were just being slow on taking orders but no. I got to the intercom sat for maybe 15 minutes and never heard anything. I pulled up to the window and seen some people in there as well as workers siting in the dining area. I guess they just stopped taking orders and took their lunch. Don’t waste your time waiting to not get food!
