The Westin Jackson

The west in jackson, ms is the best hotel in which we stayed in a very long time. the workers in each opposite are all friendly and so helpful! they have really made us feel at home to provide our needs with a smile. the massage therapists were excellent! the pedicure we received were excellent! the valet workers were very pleasant and helpful. the restaurant staff was very attentive and timely and eating was 5 stars! we recommend this hotel to all! this hotel should be a model of how hotels should run! they are finished!

The customer service was not pleasant overnight. No microwaves or a store which is a real inconvenience for the rate you pay to stay a night. Also the dolls on the floor are very creepy and some of the art in the hotel is offensive. The valet team Randy was awesome but other than that I did not enjoy my stay. Maybe when they become a FULL service hotel I’ll be back but until then there is no bang for you Buck. It’s just overpriced.

This is the BEST hotel in Jackson, Mississippi! If you are looking for a fantastic hotel with exceptional service, this is it! There is a Day Spa as well as a stellar workout room with Peleton bikes!They have incredible artwork as well as a wall installation of guitars of famous singers!If you a looking for a good place to eat, their restaurant has a fantastic pimento pizza!

I presented a class in their conference center for the week. Each day the conference rooms were clean and ready for class. The staff was very helpful. After each class I enjoyed either a late breakfast or early lunch. The food was delicious and pricing was very reasonable. I highly suggest this property if you are in Jackson, MS

This Westin is great! From the Valet to the Waitstaff at the restaurant. Our room was amazing and so comfy. Being dog friendly is awesome!!
