Yall has to do better. I ordered meals and didn't even get the pommes. it took so long, I had no time to come back. turn on the phone again, or put on the voicemail. Food: 1/5
Probably one of the worst wendys in jackson. the service is always terrible. it is always slow, and they never communicate with them. I literally wait 20 minutes in the line and then moved to the first window. I was there 10 minutes while the girl tried to get the cash back to work. I wasn't sure if I was to go there or sit there. They didn't make any eye contact and they ignored me, and then finally the woman told me in the window, I should be down, and the people in the second window pretended to have been down there all the time. I can't read any thoughts. this is only small in comparison to the right outside dazzles and eyebrows I have encountered over the years. obviously this is partly my fault to be lazy and to be close. So I'll never go back to this wendy and I hope nobody else does, at least until they get better management. especially when it comes to customer service. as someone who has been working in the industry for several years, this institution was constantly insulted. to live on the stereotype.
Tonight they are literally working on one car at a time that includes order, first window, then second window, then they'll take the next car. They always forgetting something no matter how big or small the order is,just like tonight They never have cup holders, The worst Wendy's in the state of Mississippi period. I rather start taking that extended drive to I55 Frontage. Please send a secret shop there one morning, afternoon, and night.Youll See.
