Dominos Pizza - Jacksonville

I ordered the Meatzza pizza it was delicious. And I didn?t have to wait a long time for delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely best service of any pizza place. Almost no errors with orders and if there ever is, they don't hesitate to over compensate the customer. Extremely polite and professional staff.

Placed an order for two specialty pizzas. One of the two delivered was entirely incorrect. So I called and kindly explained that I ordered a feta spinach but received a pacific veggie (which I don?t eat) and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. Noworries. Then I received a SECOND pacific veggie. When I called to make them aware I got placed on hold for 15 MINUTES beforehanging up to try again. So I called again and was able to explain the matter and was told ?ok just a minute? and got placed onHOLD for ANOTHER 10 minutes before just deciding to hang up. This is flat out ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere.

Thank you Sean and Ariel for satisfying those late night munchies with what I have to say is the best dominos pizza I think we've ever eaten. If we didn't live more than 2 hours away, we'd definitely be regulars but we'll absolutely be back for morenext time we vacation in Jacksonville!

The Domino's on Western is my favorite pizza place they always get my order right and if a mishap happens they are quick to make it right. The staff is always so friendly and nice, when I go pick it up or have it delivered. They always have a smile. Theytruly have Superb customer service!!!!
