Flaming Seafood And Shao Kao Bbq

We ventured out to  lunch, on Sunday to satisfy our curiosity after hearing mixed reviews from our foodie crew.  The former 904 Restaurant, seating is the same, open kitchen, counter service enough space for groups. The restaurant features what they label as Chinese Street food.  Shao Kao BBQ is a variety of meats and vegetables served on skewers.  This style of cooking has already made it ways into the big cities  in America and now we have our own right here in Jacksonville Beach.

We weren't sure what to expect, but we're so glad we decided to stop by. The restaurant offers tapas-style Asian street food at reasonable prices, with skewers priced around $1.75 each. The flavors were fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the owner went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely return. Be sure to try the bacon fried rice—you won't regret it!

The Bacon Fried Rice is a must-try—served in a perfectly shaped dome on the plate. When you break it apart with your fork, you're treated to the best fried rice I've ever tasted!

I apologize for not having any pictures of the food; it disappeared too quickly! The bacon-wrapped enoki mushrooms were absolutely amazing! My 6-year-old, who typically only eats chicken fingers, actually tried and loved a delicious hot dog on a skewer shaped like a pineapple, along with their fresh fries. She also enjoyed my beef skewer, while my son absolutely loved his stir-fried noodles with chicken. The bacon fried rice was also outstanding! The kids are already asking when we can return! That really speaks to the quality of the food and the ambiance. Five stars!
