Bojangles - Jacksonville

I ordered a steak sandwich and added white gravy. They gave me the gravy but no steak! I tried to call and complain but their phone number isn't valid and I couldn't go back because we were on a timeline and would not make it to our appointment. So frustrating first time at a bojangles and I'm not sure that I will go back. Especially since I paid $7 for a biscuit with gravy!!!

The food is great, as always. But they don't have a full menu here. Only chicken tenders, and chicken tender sandwiches. We really love the chicken dinners. But if they're not going to be selling them anymore, what's the reason for going? Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dont get the fries bro. Overcooked hard stale. And when u get to register know wtf you want bc people tired of yall making life harder and longer (pause) than it needs to be. Be each others peace NOT burden. Shes going to ask you what you want asap not even at the register and i dont blame her. Shes very good at her job and obviously wants a easy smooth day. The mac is good. The green beans looked good. They didnt have tenders at 930pm. I heard the rice be hard as rocks. Bojangles biscuits b fresh and fire af bro. They do not absolutely miss. Price and location good.
