Burrito Gallery Town Center

I went here for lunch today with a friend and I was so disappointed. Previously, I went to the BG in Riverside and I loved it. At this location I order a blackened shrimp burrito and when they brought it to the table it was cold and soggy. There was so much salsa on it that I had to open the tortilla and eat it that way because it kept falling apart in my hands. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered one. Also, the guacamole had no flavor. I had to add some salt and ask for a lime. So disappointed about the $30 I spent. Def won't be going back :

Chicken Quesadilla with side of cheese dip. Chicken was absolutely delicious. Steak option Fajita style is even better

We really enjoy coming to this location of the Burrito Gallery. It's just off of Gate Parkway and near the Town Center but not in Town Center so it's easy to get in and out without getting caught traffic. Everytime we have been there there is parking even during the Sunday afternoon rush. The staff is always friendly and the manager will sometimes comes to check on the patrons to make sure all is well. As for the food, it's always fresh and delicious with many options for even picky eaters... as long as you like Mexican American food. It's also all prepared in the open kitchen which is nice. There is a Center bar and plenty of spaces to eat, including an outdoor area. There is a television but it isn't so loud you can't have a conversation. My family and I have fun looking at all the artwork that is shared by local artists and the murals on the walls. Overall a it's a great experience and a family favorite.

Great food and atmosphere! Nice music. Customer service was beyond amazing! Brigitte was so friendly and sweet. Definitely will back when I?m in Jacksonville!
