Cajun Seafood - Jacksonville

If you like seafood, this is the place to go. The poboy’s are well worth the money. All the of the menu choices are made to order and I have never been disappointed. My only issue is with the cold drinks. $2.25 is a bit much for a 20oz soda but that can easily be over looked as you enjoy your meal. We go down from New Jersey and make it a point to stop by a few times before we go back. It is also worth mentioning that all other prices are reasonable. Please stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

Whole experience as usual was great. Food cooked perfectly and not over seasoned. The staff, especially up front taking orders, is a group of friendly people who know their product well and it shows. Great job. Just ordered the d1, steamed catfish and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

This place is amazing. The food is fresh and cooked just for you. I always choose the steamed option. It is so good. One dinner plate can last me for two meals. Broken down, it is much cheaper than fast food and so so so much better. I always get the combo with steamed shrimp, flounder, corn, and potatoes. Very generous portions. The service is always outstanding. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my food.Parking: This is in a strip mall. So, there are plenty of open spaces.Dietary restrictions: They offer steam to options. You can also choose your level of spicy.

Not horrible, just had too much breading in my fried oysters. The fried shrimp were avreage to slightly above average breading coverage was as expected....not too much as with the oysters. Crab cakes also had too much breading we ate only 25% of one cake and threw the second one away. I expect there was crab there, but I could NOT see it. July 3, 2023

Been there twice in the last two weeks, just before they closed. The food was great both times, service was good as well.I could tell they were about to close but they still gave quality service and excellent food. The price is a little high, but it's worth it... Definitely a place to check out if you haven't.
