Captain Bob Beck's Marina Cafe

Picturesque veranda. Music flowing. We visited during a birthday/exit from military party. The service incomplete: waited to order, waited for our food, waited for our check. Our table had old bird droppings/a half eaten bug body; after it was towelswished/ sprayed by the hostess prior to us being seated. We did not order seafood. Food was not phenomenal;The view was. This visit was our first real taste of North Carolina.

Though severely understaffed on the night we were there, the waitstaff were working their butts off to make sure we had a pleasant night. food was awesome and worth the wait, and the live entertainment and wonderful view made the whole experiencegreat on our brief visit to North Carolina.

What a lively spot on a Friday night! The atmosphere is fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor seating right by the water—it's beautiful! Our bartender took excellent care of my son and me while we picked up our takeout. She was very friendly and helpful. I definitely plan to return and enjoy a meal outside! The fish dinner and chicken sandwich were both good, but the vibe is what keeps me coming back. If you’re a fan of strong drinks, you’ll find plenty here. The bar seating is also very nice!

This was our first visit, and we definitely plan to return! Morgan was an amazing waitress. We were thrilled that our dog could join us on the back deck. The views are stunning, especially at sunset. They featured live music, and the prices were very affordable. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful! Thank you for a lovely evening! ❤️

The outdoor view is fantastic. The menu is quite intriguing, and the portion sizes are generous. The food was delicious.
