Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

I placed an order an hour ago. The driver left the store, which is 40 minutes away, but my food still hasn't arrived, even though I live just 3 minutes from the restaurant. I called the store, and they had no issue canceling the order. This has been the worst delivery service and customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I'm really disappointed. I've been ordering from Pizza Hut, but I wanted to give this place another try. Unfortunately, the dough was like cardboard—too thin and lacking substance. The toppings were sparse, and there was hardly any cheese. The dough used to be thick, fluffy, and cheesy! I won't be ordering from here again.

I was really impressed with the service. I called the restaurant at 11:00 PM, and the person on the line was cheerful and very helpful. After I placed my order, he even checked for any available coupon codes, which I appreciate. They delivered right on time, and the pizza was delicious.

I don't know about you, but my homemade pan pizza was fantastic! I usually prefer Orange Park, but this place easily surpasses it. I ordered extra cheese and sauce, and they nailed it without the toppings sliding off and making a mess. Honestly, the pizza was quick, tidy, and delicious! Great job, guys—this is now my go-to spot after work.

I visited the store because the Domino's app wasn't functioning properly. The manager was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, making my pizza right away. I wasn't bothered by the situation; I just looked at my phone while they kindly asked me to turn it off and try again. The pizza turned out great, and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely return to this location!
