It was Thanksgiving Day we were coming in a bit later to their closing. However, the women on staff were very kind and understanding. She wished us a good holiday season as well. My orders are always right at this location too!

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. Service is typically above par. The place has a cool feel to it.

One of the largest coffee shops in the world has its doors lock for no reason! How does a large corporation not allow customers into the shop in order to place an order pick donuts, wash their hands? How many times have I placed an order taste thecoffee that was burnt having to get back into a long drive-thru line? I have needed to go back when they made the wrong coffeeor giving me someone else?s coffee. 0 stars! Either close down or fix this location!
