Bidra med feedbackThis was my first visit to Firehouse Subs and I was very satisfied. The employees were very friendly. And the service was very fast. I had an order of 3 sandwiches taken within one minute and all were prepared within 5 minutes. The store was very clean and welcoming. A definite recommend.
Tasty subs warmed just right. Subs are well sized, with proper proportions. Chip selection is decent. They use the Coke machine that let's you customize your flavor. Try to eat in so the sub is still warm.
Whenever something opens along the west, it is a big guessing game what it will be. I was surprised when they unveiled it as a firehouse substitute. But it's actually a great little sandwich shop. You enter and there is no cooking yoga mat smell. The staff is super nice and the sandwich options are quite mouth water. Not really a place for a vegetarian, but this man size sandwiches even attract their name tag as I went. The company also contributes to firefighters, so eat for one thing.
On my last visit, I ordered a roast beef sub on wheat with less bread and jalapeños. However, after driving 4.8 miles home, my sub was barely warm and was made with the full white bread, with half of it having very little meat. Clearly, something has changed for the worse at this location. I returned on 5/21 and ordered a large premium roast beef on wheat with jalapeños and extra light bread. This time, my sub was perfect, just like I remember. My faith in this place has been restored, and I must commend the friendly staff. Things are looking up again!
I had a wonderful experience at Firehouse with some incredibly tasty sandwiches! The staff was friendly and ready to answer all my questions. I felt completely at ease with my husband there. The owner, Sandra, was really sweet as well. I definitely plan to return, likely this weekend!
