Golden China - Jacksonville

This used to be my favorite spot for General Tso's chicken, but I'm not sure what they did to the recipe—it was quite disappointing once again. The other dishes we tried were just okay; they didn't compare to how they used to taste. It seems like there are new cooks or something, and they really need to return to the old methods of preparing their food.

The food is always fresh and served hot. I have no complaints so far.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Once, I found a dead fly in my rice, and today, I discovered worms in my soup—they were all over the broccoli. I'm really upset about this. It's important to carefully check your food before taking it home, as I almost ate the worms without noticing them. My mother also encountered a similar issue; she was eating rice until she spotted the fly.

I have been using this place for 10 years. Never disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience at Golden China. We ordered the orange chicken combo and the General Tso combo. The food was served hot and fresh. The General Tso chicken was delicious, and the egg rolls were exceptional. We will definitely be returning!
