Thank you for getting up from your break time and help me to pick the best two dozens of donuts. The teachers love them. You worked so diligently with your injured hand. I hope you feel better. You are a true asset to your business. You earned a lifetime customer. Amazing customer service!!!
Did the buy a dozen get a dozen for a dollar deal. Donuts were decent. It was 11am on a Saturday and they were already out of a few of my favs, selection was lacking. Had to go inside and get my mobile order, they said drive thru wasn't ready, wont be a Karen about it though. I enjoyed the donuts, was happy for the good deal and grandkids were happy.
The hot sign was on so had to walk in. I live out of state and there is no Krispy Kremes anywhere close. Got a box of a dozen doughnuts and as they were coming off the belt they were put into our box. So warm and fresh. Was craving some coffee and the lady working the counter gave us a few suggestions as I've never ordered their coffee. I didn't get her name but she was an older black lady and super sweet! Everyone there was busy and running around bit still took the time to smile and I really appreciated that! Keep it up yall!
The donuts were fantastic—warm and simply the best! The staff was also very polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning.
I stopped by yesterday amid the peak of 'Hurricane hysteria.' The drive-thru line backed up onto the street, and the situation inside was just as busy, with 14 people already in line. Despite the chaos, the staff was incredibly upbeat, friendly, and helpful, working diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. There was no sign of 'attitude' in the midst of the madness, which really lifted the spirits of the customers. We shared laughs and talked about how KKs are a 'necessity,' leaving with our spirits high! It was an excellent customer service experience!
