Bidra med feedbackIt's good, but the service can be inconsistent. For instance, I had to wait about an hour for my food today. Generally, my experiences here have been positive, and the customer service is usually good. However, the managers need to do a better job of enforcing the mask rules.
I waited 40 minutes for my order, but the staff were friendly and clearly working hard. I overheard them apologizing to another customer, explaining that they were understaffed and had many new employees. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many establishments, and I can relate from my own experiences. It's important to be kind to fast food workers; if you're not willing to do that, maybe consider making your own meals at home instead.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The customers before me requested a refund for their fries, as they believed they were undercooked based on their appearance. The staff didn’t engage in much questioning but explained that the oil had recently been changed, which might have affected how the fries looked. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to order the fries after hearing about the fresh oil, even though I originally just intended to get the McRib. To my surprise, the fries turned out to be some of the best I've had at McDonald's in a long time. I could definitely tell that the management team was doing a good job.
So clean, I really appreciate that. And I tried the big breakfast for the first time and it was really good by the way...
Manager who worked btw 3:58pm-4:30pm on 12/02/2020 has ZERO brain cells, don?t understand how you even got that position ??. Clearly the workers don?t understand the meaning of curbside pick up as well. DO NOT order from here you?re going to be waiting until the pandemic is over to finally get your order.
