Miller's Ale House - Jacksonville

Obviously the cook that served my Philly Cheese Steak on 08/13/23 around 10:30pm for take out didn't GAF! Meat was burnt and I barely could tell if it had cheese or the sauteed mushrooms and peppers I paid an extra $2 for. I took a couple bites and threw in trash. I should have driven back up there but I was home and tired from an all day Sunday Sunday. Last time eating at this location

I ordered a curbside pick up. I waited 5 minutes for the food to be brought out. The problem was that it was missing an ice cream. I went inside to ask for the ice cream. I waited another 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. He went to the back and grabbed the cup. He left it on the counter and swiftly walked away. I picked up the cup and it felt empty. I looked inside and it was filled up maybe 1 oz of ice cream. Why would you serve a customer a basically empty cup? I will no longer be tipping before I check my order.

Good food at a great price. Cherokee was our server, and she was amazing!

The server didn't do great my cocktail had cinnamon didn't order that. Then ordered a shot no ice came with ice.... apps were good decided cut our lose and minimize dinner we shared a plate ribs sucked tasted precooked and the shrimp tasted like i breaded precooked shrimp and backed it. T i should have just cooked at home. No value to the customer with tip 80 bucks

Food was very good, appetizers were really nice but we were so hungry I forgot to take a pic (sorry) had fried gyoza , fried jalapeños And drinks were good service was exceptional and the place was full and our group was not easy, she was amazing! I’ll be in Jacksonville for awhile so I’ll definitely be back!
