The restaurant has a smaller inventory, which often leads to its most popular items being unavailable. For instance, the cream of chicken and wild rice soup is frequently out of stock. While the location is excellent, it seems they might be understaffed or having difficulty sourcing their products. It's hard to say for certain.

I had a better experience ordering in person than using their app. The chai was too sweet for my liking and had an overwhelming vanilla flavor. However, the bagels are fantastic! The breakfast sandwich with turkey, egg, avocado, and other toppings was really good on a whole bagel, but that’s just my personal preference. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, although not all customers are as pleasant. It’s surprising to see customers shouting at employees about how their unlimited refill coffee is now $2, blaming it on Biden. Let’s remember to consider the hard work of the staff.

I placed a takeout order and requested the creamy chicken and wild rice, but instead received the chicken noodle soup which contained just a couple of nuts and a few carrots. There was no bread, and the fruit cup was completely unappetizing—the fruit was old and soggy. At least the sandwich was correct, but for $29.71, I was left disappointed and ended up eating a sandwich from home. The service was terrible. What has happened to Panera?

Very rude management, dirty location and food was made extremely sloppy. If you're paying $15+ dollars for a basic half salad/half sandwich, you would expect much better. I would not recommend this location.
