Panera Bread - Jacksonville

The food was of excellent quality! Although I don’t visit this place frequently, I’ll choose it from now on based on a previous experience at another location. There was a bit of a wait for our order, but we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, which seemed to be a busy time for all the restaurants. Our two children, who are 15, were with us.

The customer service was excellent, the place was very clean, and our meals were served just a few minutes after we ordered. I will definitely be coming back!

Ordering at this restaurant is a breeze, and the food is delicious, particularly the chicken chipotle flatbread pizza! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one time, my partner and I ordered lemonade from the self-service kiosk and ended up waiting 25 minutes for just two drinks. All they had to do was pull a lever behind the counter! We only received our lemonade because we asked a staff member who was working there, and she kindly went back and made it for us.

Hear them, it's 9:15 o'clock and I just thought about my layer that there is no way, panera brot wants to see my face now because they approach. but let me tell you when I was raised to order the sweet dame, amanda, was the most reverent, friendly and knowledgeable food service worker I ever had a conversation with and she filled me with so much energy that I could go honestly draw another layer now! I don't even like to write reviews because I just want to come home and eat my food in peace, but I can't just let it go. I never really eat at panera brot, but amanda, I come back for you!

First and only person in right now, still a long wait. Name removed from prep as done, but order not received. Inquired, told they are bagging it. Took 8 min to bag it.
