I gave Ryan the driver $50, and he said he would break it for me, but he never returned with my change. I'm really upset that he just took my money. I need my change back when you open up. Thank you.
The attached photo shows the pizza's dark bottom—though it's not very visible, it was hard underneath. The cut line you see was made by us at home. When I called to report the issue, the staff didn't seem to care and said they couldn't do anything since I had taken the pizza home. This is simply unacceptable.
It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone theysaid they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong orderthat we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited an hour and a half just to get the wrong order. Then they immediately put us on hold for 15 minutes with the MOST ANNOYING hold recording. Another in our party called and instantly got their call answered while theother person was STILL on hold. They put us on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes, just to get put on hold YET AGAIN for another 30MINUTES!!!!! We called yet a third time and a nice woman answered finally, and she got us a refund and a correct order. She wasvery nice and helpful despite our frustration. Reason #570 why I never order Papa John's. Edit: We never got our replacements..
