Pizza Hut - Jacksonville

I'm highly disappointed because I tried to make an online order for personal pizzas and the website kept crashing. Then I called only to be told they are out of personal pizzas for the day at 4:45pm. Didnt realize that was a real thing but had to call another location to order and couldn't redeem my points.

The melts were so hard you couldn't eat them. Called to complain several times and got no answer.

Never received my order! I will never order from here again!

I order cheesy bread sticks that come with sauce to dip. There was no sauce included. The Chicken Alfredo was tasteless and bland.

This Pizza Hut is the BEST one in this area!! I drive to Jacksonville from Cabot, because they are quicker, better food and everyone is always friendly!! Definitely happy we tried it, I missed Pizza Hut and it’s worth driving to get it.
