Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

I just went there tonight 7/15/22 unfortunately this time around my 1st from the last bite of my burger a piece of hair that you can clearly feel in your mouth over the chopping????down. Please wear hairnets and properly tuck all hair within the hairnet disgusting really.

Last time I was at Sonic was Friday night about 10:45 service was friendly but when we got home to eat we found that our chilli cheese fries were hard like they had cooked them 2 or 3 times and then one of our chilli cheese hotdogs was missing half thebun. I'm not sure why the food was so bad but this makes me not want to eat here again.

The ordering process was quick and easy, the food was hot and delicious, and the waitstaff were extremely friendly. So please remember to tip your waiter! If you're not planning to tip, it's best to dine at home.

I visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. During my first visit, the slush was not mixed at all. On my second visit, there was no flavoring added to the slush, and they also forgot the popping bubbles. In previous experiences, we've received cold tater tots, chili on a hot dog when I specifically asked for no chili, and there have been missing items from our orders.

The food is quick and delicious. The service is excellent, and the menu offers a good variety. It's a fantastic mid-priced option with a nostalgic dining atmosphere. The milkshakes are outstanding!
