Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

The food is fast and delicious. The service is great, and the menu is decent. Great mid-priced meal with a retro dining experience. Lace candle milkshakes.

I went to 7/15/22 this time about my 1st from the last bite of my burger a piece of hair that you can feel clear about the chop in your mouth? Please wear hair nets and properly glue all hair in the hair net really disgusts.

Last time I was in Sonic Friday night about 10:45 service was friendly, but when we got home to eat, we found that our chili cheeseries were hard when they had cooked them 2 or 3 times and then one of our chili cheese hot dogs was missing half the bungalow. I'm not sure why the food was so bad, but that doesn't make me want to eat again.

My son waited almost a hour for our order. Then when the carhop brought the food a sandwich was still missing. I had to call in to speak with a manager that hung up on me after I requested a refund. My son was given the food with no receipt. While on the phone with him the carhop tried her best to defend the manager actions by saying he hung up by accident. The food was finally given to my son and a receipt. I'm still waiting on the refund and no one ate their food. I wouldn't dare suggest anyone to this specific location.

It's not ok. I miss the way Sonics used to be. Nuff said?
