Subway - Jacksonville

The only Subway on my route to work open at 7am, early enough for me to stop by. The morning employee, though, who I think is new, needs a bit of customer service training. The young woman who was there before (she recently quit for another opportunity) was really great. Portions are fine, service is speedy, and, like I said, the hours are very convenient for me.

I had an outstanding experience at this Subway, and I've been to other locations where my friends worked and gave me free food. The manager on duty tonight provided prompt service while adhering to safe food handling regulations, and she made an excellent sandwich. Not only was it beautifully crafted, but she also engaged me in great conversation and even helped adjust my change. This will be the only Subway I visit from now on! Subway is a fantastic sandwich shop overall, but this particular location boasts one of the best teams in town. The staff members behind the counter are consistently friendly and engaging. It's wonderful to witness people enjoying their work. I will definitely return to this location.

Without a doubt, this is the best subway restaurant I have ever visited! The manager truly knows how to make you feel welcome. Today, there was a father and son in the store, and the dad was holding his son, who looked a bit down. The staff took a moment to cheer him up and even gave him a cookie! This lunchtime experience really brightened my day!
