Texas Roadhouse - Jacksonville

I went here and ordered a bone in rib-eye medium rare . It came back raw to the point where it wouldn't be safe to eat , it was way past rare. I sent it back and they bring it back to what looks to be just microwaved , I cut into it in front of the waitress and manager , it looked good from the one cut I made. But my mistake was not taking my time and looking at the whole steak , so I accepted it. Upon looking into it some more , towards the bone it was completely raw , I didn't touch my steak for the rest of the night , I'm a little introverted and was in a bad mood so I didn't say anything about it . But I'm sure the waitress could see half the steak on the plate completely raw and say something . But I ended up paying 30 dollars for a raw steak ,partly my fault , but you think a steakhouse would be able to cook a medium rare steak . I will not be going back again and do not reccomend this location

Not happy camper with this location whenever I order online it's always red not done the way it's ordered. Burnt and red inside like they cooked it too fast) I am displeased with to go ordering and quality
