Wendy's - Jacksonville

I ordered the new Sweet Hot Huh burger here, but it only had a small amount of sauce on it. The restaurant did not offer mayo or ketchup packets. The fries were lukewarm and only filled up halfway. The staff was friendly.

This Wendy's location has room for improvement. I was planning to use the drive-thru service in the future, but it was out of order. The wait in the second line was incredibly long. Even though the store was not crowded, the service was slow. I am usually patient when it comes to food, but the delay was frustrating. I suggest that staff prioritize the customer at the cash register before moving on to others.

I received the wrong order and the burgers were extremely dry and bland. This was the worst experience I've had at Wendy's. I usually enjoy Wendy's, but this time was disappointing. I hate to give negative feedback, but I must be honest.

Be extremely careful when ordering the mobile app. I tried to order with other wendy’s and this was the standard place due to my last visit. the order was not filled yet, they refuse to pay back. first they have to wait for an hour to wait just to talk to someone about the problem that is unbelievable in itself. I was told that a refund will only be issued so that it will be thrown into the local administration if I would call again, what would be good if they were interested in the solution of the question management on this site, above all not to delete the refund and they told me Monday to Friday before 5 o'clock in person, but if I, the person who should give the refund wrong, they were in a meeting the app likes to appear as a good deal!

Grilled chicken sandwich. Worst ever!!! Sandwich was dry over cooked and as you can see the chicken breast was cut in half and slightly burnt on the other. . smh. Come in Wendy's I paid more for better, this was worse the getting a 4 for 4.. smh!! This place was so understaffed. Only 5 employees including the manager who was washing dishes. Cashier's were friendly. This place has always serves good food until today. They need help
