Wendy's - Jacksonville

I recently visited the drive-thru, so I can't comment much on the cleanliness of the restaurant, but it appeared to be quite clean as I passed by. However, the service was quite slow. There were only two cars in front of me, and it took 10 minutes before I could place my order. I would have gone inside, but my two-year-old was sleeping in the back. I thought they still offered the bacon and blue sandwich, but when I got to the window to pay, I was told they no longer had it. Overall, disappointing service and too long of a wait.

Big Eating offers fresh food in the morning, but in the evening, they often have a lot of takeout orders, which sometimes causes them to close the drive-thru early. However, it's still a great place to eat!

I ordered three dinners for $5.00 each, and everything was good except for the nuggets—they were cold and hard. They could have at least warmed them up before putting them in the bag.

When you visit this restaurant, be sure to check your order before leaving. Open the wrapped sandwich to ensure that everything is correct, and confirm your receipt as well. I recently came here and ordered a speck natural sandwich, which was fantastic, along with a pineapple mango lemonade. I also ordered a spicy chicken and bacon Asiago sandwich. However, instead of the bacon sandwich, they gave me a basic chicken sandwich and a warm lemonade. I ended up paying over $18 for my order, and I cannot recommend this supervisor.

In the late night, everyone had 9/1/2022 last night. at 12:30. all were very nice! our food was super fresh! my baby in my mouth had that I wanted a wendys late. they were on top! my mango ananas lemonade still fresh 5:38 clock. thanks to the night crew! fries were really good and hot! my baby had a storm in this bubble thrown up! hands down more than 5 stars. the customer service was over 5 stars. next to all was fresh n hot everyone was very professional for that he was the end of this layer. they were probably tired and ready to go home. thank you again!
