Le Win's Field - Jacob-Bellecombette

We are a group of 20 people, arriving at 8 p.m. to celebrate a birthday. But there was a problem when we arrived, the lady who received us told us that no reservation had been made for that evening. Called in December 2023 to reserve a table for January 20, 2024. We even offered to leave a deposit, to which they told us that a name and telephone number was enough. NO excuses, and the only solution we are offered is “I can make you stand at the bar with something to eat”! No but oh, a little gumption! There are 20 of us for a birthday party, and we are told to “stand at the bar.” This is totally unacceptable, there were 20 of us, like idiots, already seeing the evening wasted. I, and we will never, ever set foot there again. Huge disappointment from this establishment, which I remind you has absolutely not APOLOGIZED, and which kindly wishes us, at 8:30 p.m., a good search for 20 in another restaurant. I almost wondered if she was making fun of us. Anyway, you should be ashamed.
