What happened to this place? I always went for coffee and empanadas a few years ago. Today I went and it's like the kitchen isn't Colombian anymore. Today I came back and an extremely ugly coffee and horrible empanada. Waste of time and money. What a pity.

What a bad service, I gave this place a second chance a while ago, I bought a total of 12 empanadas and they charged me $53.25, which the cashier, a lady with glasses, said had been a mistake and she couldn't give me the money back so I asked her for some extra empanadas and a few drinks to top off the total. I come back today after a while and order and as soon as he saw a tall man arrive he told me that he had to wait for him to take out his order first?Seriously, I'm looking at him, I just arrived and asked and he doesn't take care of me, I left him and then with a bad attitude he leaves me the receipt on the display case, I sign it and let him know that it's already signed, when I hand it over he tells me yes no I know I don't need to sign it, exactly this type of person doesn't deserve the tip that one leaves for his kindness and it's good that he doesn't need to sign so he doesn't leave what he had marked.

Terrible costumer service they even canceled my food. Also, they will add an extra charge to have your food delivered by their own people. Please make sure when you order with uber eats!Very bad service, they canceled my order and on top of that they want to charge me $4.00 more for them to deliver. Please take a good look so that this does not happen to you.
