Smoke BBQ Pit - Jamaica

Always a place we like to dine when back home I Queens. The service, food and atmosphere is inviting. I recommend the catfish, ribs, greens heck almost everything. The drinks are in point.Food: 4/5

Food was delicious, fried whiting sandwich. Service was very good considering there was only one gentleman who was the server and we had 7 at our table; and additional three other tables that needed service.Food: 5/5

The food didn't taste good. Ordered lemon pepper wings but they were very dried. Wasn't fresh. We also ordered other food burgers with fried which wasn't very tasty. The others order were fish burger with fried which they said was good. I can't confirm as I didn't try that.

Came on Saturday night. Not much people in here. A lady sat us down. No one came to us for almost 20 min then she came back around and asked us if someone came. I said no. Instead of taking our order she went and got some guy. He seemed like he didn’t know how to talk. He just came over and said you guys ready. Have a hat on the whole time like he’s outside. I ordered beef brisket assuming it will be nice soft and tender with sweet potato and collard greens. The beef brisket came out burnt . The collard greens tasted like it came from the dollar store can and I’ve had way better sweet potatoes. Even if there was an option to not have the beef brisket bbqed i wouldn’t know because the server didn’t say anything! Horrible service. That guy with the head and string Trinidad accent needs to go! Unless he improve his customer service.

I live in the area and have been coming to this establishment off and on, for over 5 years. I have noticed that the quality of the food and drinks has deteriorated over the years. The wings are extra greasy and almost inedible. I will say, the servers are always polite and I’ve never had an issue in that regard.I am a Hennessy connoisseur and I know for a fact; they add water to the bottle to make it last. The drinks are cheap and now I know the reason. I’d rather pay more and have 100% Hennessy. I’ve also had to kill a roach crawling under my table.I haven’t spent my money at this establishment since!
