Birdrock Cafe - JAN JUC

I visited this restaurant with a group of 10, and the food was absolutely delicious and very fresh! It's fantastic to have an Asian fusion option in Torquay, making it perfect for sharing. The rice noodle salad was delightful, and we also enjoyed the dumplings, bases, and chicken wings! The staff were incredibly friendly as well. I will definitely come back!

Bird Rock is back! We’ve been visiting this place for years, but the last few times we came, it was either closed or not very busy. New owners have taken over, and while they no longer serve pizza, the menu is limited but delicious. The chicken wings are spicy, and the mozzarella sticks are amazing. I had the sloppy joe and my wife tried the chicken burger; both dishes did not disappoint. The staff is really friendly and offers great recommendations for the meals. We will definitely be coming back!

We decided to visit based on the excellent reviews, but it turns out there's new management, and it was quite disappointing, to say the least. We ordered six coffees. Three of them arrived 20 minutes after we placed our order. After that, the barista left the coffee machine to serve other customers, attend to seated diners, and even polish cutlery. After waiting an additional 10 minutes and watching this unfold, we finally spoke up to ask about our other coffees. It seems they need to get their operations sorted out at the café because things were disorganized and not just understaffed.

Epic surfing feed. I'm waiting for one thing to have a food here and it wasn't disappointed. the portions are huge, which one must for the price tag. it is not a cheap breakfast, but they get what they pay and that is quality. the avo and posing eggs are fantastic. the feta and sun-dried tomaten are a nice note. service is good and friendly. the decor is 70s surfer and a very specific experience on your own faust!

Dinner tonight at the Bird Rock Cafe ! Awesome atmosphere, Mad retro interior, this place is an institution of Jan Juc ! Not a Hugh choice on the menu but wow my beef burrito was amazing ! Service is friendly and helpful, good value for money, definitely worth a visit ! I will be back, signing out..... the **** !
