The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, great location to enjoy the surroundings, but all this spoils it with the meals: The first day we went to eat at the San San Valentín restaurant which is in the same premises and the same one that gives you the breakfasts that you can include with the lodging. To begin with, it took them a long time to even give us the menu, making the excuse that we had been the last to arrive (there were only 5 occupied tables and none with food on the table, it was 3:30 p.m. and the kitchen is supposed to be open until 4 p.m. :00). Finally they give us the menu at 4:15 p.m., the dishes are messed up, giving one of us his second, another the first and the rest without a plate. Thank goodness the food wasn't bad. The next day we had breakfast from 8 to 10 am, we arrived at 9, and there was hardly anything. There was not even cutlery and hardly any dishes, there was only one waiter, who was in charge of taking things out, cleaning and everything. When closing time and hardly anyone was left, we see that he takes out the pastries. To top it off we notice that the cupcakes are expired a month ago... imaginary our face. If you only come to sleep, the place is recommended, but it is better to go to town to eat.

I loved the hotel, I had been in previous years but only to the restaurant and this time finally to sleep. Hotel moderno y limpio, muy lejos de las 4 estrellas que anuncia. Especialmente el desayuno: Muy pobre y de andar por casa. Sin recursos ni camareros profesionales. Tienen problemas con la concesión que se encarga de la parte gastronómica, pero no lo avisan, y te encuentras con la sorpresa de que no hay nada, de nada ni para un simple café durante el resto del día. El desayuno es lamentable. Ubicación: Un lugar fantástico. Parking amplio. Tamaño: Muy amplio y cómodo. Limpieza: Muy bien. Servicio: Poco profesional. Calidad: Media. Cocina: Pésima. Precio: Caro para el servicio y atención que ofrecen. Accesibilidad: Adecuada. Digitalizado: Poco.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, cuenta con aparcamiento gratis. Habitaciones amplias y en mi caso adaptada para persona con movilidad reducida. La puerta del baño en este caso sería recomendable que fuera corredera. También sería recomendable que la rampa que hay para subir a la acera estuviera delimitada para que no se pudiera tapar con ningún coche y que además hubiera más de una.... Hotel muy recomendable para desconectar y pasar unos días tranquilos, disfrutando de la naturaleza y de la historia con lugares como el Monasterio de Yuste, que está muy próximo..... Sin duda alguna volveré....

Hemos estado este finde tres parejas alojados allí. El sitio es precioso, la ubicación , el entorno , disfrutando de una gran paz en las habitaciones con el paso del arroyo por allí. Las instalaciones muy buenas, el personal super simpáticos y con muchas ganas de atender al cliente al máximo. El desayuno también muy completo y bien. Tienes de todo. Lo recomiendo un 100, .
