Authentic - Jasper

What a fantastic new concept for this place! I dined alone this evening and enjoyed some drinks. The Old Ruper cocktail was delightful! The salmon tartare was divine, with a lovely kick from the chill threads. The chicken was juicy, and the potatoes were cooked to perfection! I'm excited to explore more of the menu in the future!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! We have a messy nearly two-year-old, and they really understood the needs of families with young children. We highly recommend the chicken wings and the pork belly tacos (which were a special). My husband tried a mixed drink with vodka, kombucha, and berries, and it was absolutely delightful.

NEWLY REBRANDED!! Great little gastropub located in the Crimson hotel. Mountain views and quality food. Highly recommend ordering the Clearly Jasper cocktail as well as the Bowden Farm Chicken meal. The servers were very enthusiastic and attentive. Worth the visit!

The staff and service at the restaurant were outstanding. The food was delicious, and Kylee was a fantastic bar ambassador! We enjoyed learning and laughing throughout the weekend. A big thank you to everyone at Crimson and Authentic in Jasper!

As a local, here 's my spin... Came in February to try out the Authentic Burger , they had a special going on for Aussie Day, was not disappointed, the burger was quite tasty, service was okay, it was a slow night with the cold snap.
