El Lindo Mexico - Jasper

Jasper may be a small town but it surprisingly has a variety of Mexican restaurants to choose from. My favorite is the one that prides itself in serving authentic Mexican cuisine, not just Tex Mex.

The food was excellent, the best fajitas I've ever had. The vegetables were still crispy, not limp like at so many other places. They had Pepsi products and a variety of mixed drinks with a Mexican twist.

I had the fajita beef and cactus at this restaurant. The meat was well seasoned and the cactus was a nice, tangy accompaniment. I enjoyed mixing the two together on the tortilla chips.

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant overall, although I was slightly disappointed that they did not offer a cheese enchilada without meat on the menu. The food and service were still good, though.

Food was amazing. Great service and reasonably priced. Totally recomend
