Another disappointment was the coleslaw recipe; it has changed since our last visit and now tastes rather bland, primarily just cabbage. It used to be my favorite part of the chicken plate, but now I'm left feeling let down. Despite these issues, it’s still our go-to fast food stop when we're home, though we're definitely more selective with our menu choices now.

I waited 20 minutes only to receive the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a sausage big breakfast sandwich, but when I opened it up, it had bacon instead. Thanks for that! I won't be coming back, but I will call to share my disappointment.

I visited the drive-thru on Saturday night and had the pleasure of interacting with Chloe, who was incredibly sweet. Unfortunately, our order wasn’t prepared correctly, but Chloe took it upon herself to remake our food. Despite having a rough night, her service was outstanding. Thank you, Chloe!

We returned home after three years to visit West NY and noticed an empty table that needed cleaning. The manager spent a considerable amount of time arguing with a customer about the price of a product that the customer believed had changed since their last visit. The coleslaw recipe has also changed since we were last here; it was bland and tasted primarily of cabbage, which is disappointing since it was my favorite part of the chicken plate. Despite these issues, it remains our favorite fast food spot when we're back home, though I find myself being more selective with the menu now.
