Sonic Drive-in - Jasper

I like going here, but I have a problem here. The shakes are good BUT they never have strawberry cheesecakes or banana milkshakes. It doesn't matter when I go, they're always out! I was here three times for Shakes, but will not be back because I had no supplies, had an rude manager, and the price is too high

He waited for 5 shakes for 45 minutes and missed one when they were taken out. Said the server, he went back, came back 10 minutes late and returned a small product that wasn't even the right product, instead of the medium. Then he asked if I was sure I didn't manage to start it. I told him I didn't, he went back and came out 15 minutes later. A total of 1 hour and ten minutes for 5 shakes, and until I got everything, most shakes were melted. It's not typical, but it's not so unusual. Very hit or miss, sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is terrible. Three stars because of inconvenience.

Use to be a good place of all things. Use to say Mayo only for the sauce, now it is the only thing they put on your burger if you just say instead of asking if you want salad pickles onions. They didn't listen. Would be better if they did and actually had the help

I love Sonic Drive In. It is my favorite place to go for breakfast anytime of the day. My favorite thing to order is the breakfast burrito with jalapenos, hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. They are so big I usually eat half of it at a time. Just the burrito is under $4.00 a very good price. From 2:00 4:00 is Happy Hours. You get drinks , any size for half price. All the foods they serve are good. The best onion rings I have ever had. It is a great place for a quick stop. Service is fast whether you pull in and order or go to the drive thru. The restroom is located on the side against the building, where you pull up to order. It is in front of the 2nd or 3rd parking space from the back. Very clean and convenient for everyone to use. The employees are wonderful, always a smile, clean and neat. Very nice and helpful to make sure you have what you ordered Have enough napkins and straws, condiment's sauce's, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. The Sonic in Jasper, Alabama is the one I go to most. It is located on the left side of the of the 78 HWY to the left of Urgent Care, across from the Winn Dixie. There is a turn lane, so it is convenient to cross from the right lane going East. You can get the app to order ahead and get some special offers. Just give Sonic Drive In a try. I'm sure you will find something you'll go back for. I always give my servers a tip for the quality of the work they do. ?????

This place is literally the worst. You have to ask for extra anything (butterfinger, Reese?s, Oreos to get them to even put the dust on the ice cream. They even charge you for it and still don?t put it in your ice cream. I guess Dairy Queen will get my business from now on. This is ridiculous. Pay an absorbent amount for ice cream with no candy in it and get charged for extra candy that was not even put in there. This place is a joke and doesn?t deserve any business. (I poured it out of the cup because I was hoping the candy was all at the bottom, but sadly there was nothing.
