Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

My lettuce in my salad was brown and slimey. It had a weird smell too. Very disappointing!! I usually enjoy the food.

This place is one of the worst places to eat in Jasper. Been there twice, and both times my order was incorrect. I knew better, but the family wanted chicken strips! I'll never go back!

We ordered 2 chicken sandwich with Zack sauce on the side. When we got them the sauce was on them. They ask us to pull down while they cooked us fresh ones. About 10 mins later they brought them out. They were real hot and the sauce was in the bag but no pickle . My husband said we don't have time to wait again, we had buyers coming. He stared eating his and thankful it was too hot for him to eat much because when I started to eat mine I knew something was wrong. I looked and my Chicken wasn't fully cooked and neither was his

Not blown away... Not really disappointed. But I do wish they had given me ketchup.

The young people were to busy talking to each other to pay attention to the condiments and silverware we asked for so they didn't get our order correct. The service is definitely not worth the price to eat there. If you go through drive through makesure you get everything you asked before leaving the window
