Mcdonald's - Jefferson City

The lady in the register was really nice. I came this time with my daughter instead of the drive thru. They are always so rude and hurried and never smile at the window. I'm glad I could come in for a change! I didn't get our food yet, but I'm sure it'll be here soon. it's 7 minutes.

Went through drive-thru for lunch. Paid went to next window. Before I came to a stop the lady was trying to hand me my food. I started to talk and she just shut the window and turned around. I finally got her attention and asked for ketchup. She smashed them in my hand and most of them fell to the ground.

Tried to come through the drive thru last night and they said they were closed (when on here it says they are open 24/7). I saw that there were employees inside as I drove away. Either stay open and do your job or update your hours so that they are accurate. *UPDATE: Not only are their hours inaccurate but I was also lied to to my face about the chocolate shake that I ordered by the employee at the window tonight. They claimed that the shake was indeed chocolate but they didn 't have the coloring for it. It was vanilla. Once I got home my fiancé called the establishment and he did talk to the manager. They left for a moment to talk to the employee and we heard an okay as if they were getting ready to explain why the employee told me that and there was silence, then we got hung up on. EXTREMELY unprofessional and a waste of money. *ANOTHER UPDATE: I waited in line for 10+ minutes only to be told that they were closed. When they weren 't even supposed to be closed for another 20 minutes. And there were other people in front of me being served. I have given this McDonald 's way too many chances and this was the last straw. Will NOT be coming here anymore.

Some clueless air head Neanderthal version of Whoopi Goldberg with the same smart mouth is working the drive-thru in the mornings !!! Good luck with simple listed orders! Total waste of time! Management...Why are you hiring female Neanderthals and paying them $13.49 an hour? *I'm from the ghetto myself and I know heifers can do better than this!

Drive up was a total backup. Went inside to order. Tried the kiosk, we along with others couldn't navigate the order. Went to the counter where overworked employee encouraged use of the kiosk, left to go to a competitor.
